Blue Peter Runner Up
Hannah White in Year 10 was one of the runners up in the Blue Peter competition where pupils were asked to design a logo for the Queen’s Jubilee. Well done to Hannah, who has been rewarded with a Blue Peter Badge.
Prize Winners at Youth Fair
On 8 February Year 11 pupils attended a Youth fair at Glenfield Community Centre. The pupils were able to see the opportunities available to them within the Carrickfergus borough, ranging from music and sailing to the various community and health organisations.

HeartStart Training // March 2011
Staff and pupils at Carrickfergus College were recently celebrating the success of the Heartstart UK programme. Teaching staff trained in Heartstart have been taking Year 8 and Year 14 pupils through their paces and have successfully trained over 100 pupils this week!
