Letter From Afghanistan

National Armed Forces Day is taking place on Saturday 26 June 2010 & this is partly aimed at keeping current operations to the fore of our minds. The recent shoebox appeal has supported both British troops and children in Helmand Province and evidence of this was recently received by the Head of Year 9, Mr Patton.
A letter from The Royal Marines based at forward operating base (FOB) Inkerman, is shown. This allows us to see the small positive affect the efforts of all form classes in school have had on helping in Afghanistan.
