Money Sense Workshop in partner with Ulster Bank

Mrs Evans Year 11 Business Studies Class took part in a two-day workshop run by Ulster Bank to make the students more aware of their personal finance. It consisted of a series of activities which was lead by a representative from the Ulster Bank, Alison Sloan. The programme took the students through the basics of banking and financial management, from the decision to open a bank account for the first time through to managing money on a day-to-day basis as part of living independently away from home!
The event was enjoyed by all and it helped the students understand how easy it was to get themselves into debt!!! What a wonderful learning opportunity!
