Year 10 Election

As part of our Citizenship programme, all of Year 10 participated in an election campaign produce policies they would like to see implemented in school. Each class elected representatives in a regional style vote who were then put forward for the main election on Wednesday 28th April.
Local MP, Sammy Wilson along with Alastair Ross MLA came to support the event as each party presented their policies to their whole year group in the Assembly Hall. Ali G even made a special appearance!
When the votes were counted, the Classical Link Party from 10AS were elected with a clear majority, roughly 40% of the vote.
